Refund policy

Courses and bundles

• You can have a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course.
• There is no refund after 7 days, after you have completed 20% or more of the course, or once a certificate has been issued.

30-day passes

• A pass can be refunded only within 48 hours of purchase and before you have watched 2 hours of video.

Scholarships and full discounts

• Enrolments made with a scholarship or a 100% discount code are not refundable, because no payment was made.

How refunds are paid

• Refunds go back through the original payment method.
• Payments made by mobile money or bank transfer outside our online checkout are refunded by mobile money.
• When a refund is made, access to the course or pass ends.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@heorafrica.com from the address on your account. Tell us which course or pass the request is about and include your payment reference.

Your legal rights

This policy does not remove any right to a refund that the law of your country gives you. This section will be confirmed during legal review.
